Happy Harvest QP Freebie! Limited Time Offer

I guess I love this kit because of the Harvest theme.  I am so reminded of how the Lord tells us that the fields are ripe for harvest but the labors are few.  How true this is today as we look at this world and their empty lives trying to find happiness in everyplace but the one true place that we can find it.  And that is with a relationship with the Lord.  Lets be about His business in telling others about Him and “His Harvest”.  Here is a little QP that I made for my friend Melanie, for her birthday today.  This was on our trip to Maine. Getting My Priorities Straight…..

Well most of you know that I am in the process of making some major changes in my designing. While I will no longer be selling my designs, I still plan on creating and doing some hopefully cool things. But I had sweet email from a sister in Christ who had used an Overlay that I had made over a year ago. She sent me these darling pictures and I wanted to share them with you! But now, it would just be cruel to show you these with out a little somethin somethin for you too, right? So scroll down and keep your eyes open for a little RAK! Here are Kristens darling photos she made and framed and gave to both grandparents! Hint, Hint…. if you want to make some brownie points…

Love the frame and the contrast of the black and white she used in the first picture.

In this one she went with a more traditional look and frame. I just wanted to show you both ways and to show you how you can use them differently.

I love the Lords timing, as I am doing my best to get my priorities straight, that Kristen would just “happen to email me these pictures!” Isn’t God good? Thursdays WordArt Freebie

I was playing around last night and made this little wordart and decided that maybe some of you could use it. I love this scripture, and wake up many mornings saying... This IS the day that the Lord has made, Let us rejoice and be glad in it! Psalm 118:24  Put the emphasis on different words and it changes your thought. But with the emphasis on "IS" the day... well what a comfort to know whose day it is! I hope to bring you at least a little goodie each week! Are U ready 4 a "Weekend Getaway"

My newest kit is out in the stores today!  "Weekend Getaway" was inspired by the mini-trips we all love to take or those of us just wanting to get away for the weekend.  "Weekend Getaway"  is perfect to scrap those memories of a relaxing vacation or  just a simple day trip.  Not a tradition vacation kit, but one that is perfect for road trips, hiking up hills or soaring from coast to coast.  The color combination in this kit also lends itself perfectly to be used for those masculine photos and great for the little explorer in all of us!  Indiana Jones goes vintage!  This kit is packed to the brim and ready to go. 

Here are some detailed images for you to see it up close.  I made this kit to scrap some photos that I took on a recent trip to Big Bend, but it would be perfect for Father's Day, or any little boy layouts too!

I love the tree and the rustic fence.. there are alot of unique elements in this jam packed kit.

 

The twill ribbon is so adorable and I didnt leave out the photographer in the crowd.  Can you find the camera?

 

Cha-Ching!  Show me the money and I am ready to hit the road.  And you know there are bound to be detours!

 

Watch out for flat tires and you guessed it!  The dreaded pit stops too..

And the papers are great for those masculine photos that you have to scrap too! 

I made this layout last night at a speed scrap and just altered it a little for the QP Freebie.  This is my Grandfather and his wife, and they are chill-axin' in my little b'mer...are'nt they cute?

This is the template that I made a while back.  I thought that maybe you could use it for something!  I liked the idea of putting some papers in the blocks along with photos.  But, you can add all photo's if that is what you want to do!  Enjoy!  Have a Happy Valentine's Day!

He Loves Me Freebie!

This is a little goodie to go with my kit "He Loves Me"  It is a glitter heart that I was playing around with and decided to share it with you in hopes that you can use it in your valentine layouts.  Grab the kit at my stores at Pretty Scrappy, DigitalArtsCafe and DigitalPaperHearts.  As I thought about this title of this kit, it reminded me of the simple truth, that "HE" being God, does love me!  And each one of you!.  God is always showing his love and mercy to me, and that is truly the inspiration for the title here.  So, as you think about your loved ones and those that love you, remember, that the greatest love ever, is the love of the Father and be rest assured that "He Loves Me" and you!  Have a great weekend!  His, :)T

Here is the First in the Series... The Lords Prayer.  You can see that the prayer is etched in some of the crosses and frames and even on one of the papers.  Then some really cool frames with that rustic look and feel!  I love this look!
